Shahi Biryani Masala Powder




Cumin, Black Cumin Seeds, Coriander, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Black Cardamon, Mace, Cloves, Green Cardamon, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Bay Leaf, Fenugreek Leaves.

Cooking Instruction: 

“Heat Oil or Ghee (200g) in a pan over medium heat add finely chopped onions (1 Piece) tomato (2 piece) add 15 pieces of Cashewnuts and fry for few minutes. Add Rakesh Shahi Biryani Masala Powder (50gm) water 8 cups(1.9ltr.) and Salt to taste. Bring the Mixutre to a boil and add the rice (750g) and let the Rice cook. Once the rice is cooked, serve the hot Biryani.
