Cooking Instruction:

“Boil 150gm Arhar Dal in 600ml water. 1 Teaspoon full of Tamarind Pulp, 50gm Ghee/cooking oil & 1 Teaspoon full of mustard seeds & curry patta leaves. Then Fry 100gm chopped onions till golden brown color. Add 200gm chopped Vegetables, Add 18gm Rakesh Sambar Masala & Salt as per the taste & simmer till tender on low heat.”
