Dry Pomegranate Seeds, Common Salt, Dry Mango Powder, Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, Blavk Cardamom & Carom Seeds.
Instruction:
“Soak 500gm Chick Peas Chole. In a large pan heat 100gm cooking oil. Fry two chopped onion till golden brown color. Add two chopped Tomstoes and stir. Add 50gm Rakesh Choole/Chana Masala & Salt as per the taste. Add water & 1gm baking soda. simmer for 30 40 minutes on low heat and put some Rakesh Kasoori Methi before taking off from the low heat”
