Return, Refund and Cancellation policy.

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. Customer can directly place return request from my order section or mail us to our customer support team.
  2. Return Policy is valid for 7 days from date of delivery
  3. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  4. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  5. After successful Pickup of item, as per RCMDEAL return policy refund will be issued within 2 hours to your original payment method.
  6. Brand warranty is given as per brand policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any failed, returned order we try to initiate refund within 24 hours to provide a refund. Refund will be credited to your source of payment made. It depends upon the time taken by your bank. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
